About the position

Duties
Medical Adjudicators are registered nurses who review and analyze client applications for Canada Pension Plan Disability benefits to determine whether the client is eligible for benefits. Medical Adjudicators receive extensive training in CPP legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Intent of the process
A pool of qualified candidates will be established to staff current and future vacant positions.
Your application will be active for 120 days. You will receive notice on your account 30 days before your application is about to expire. Registered at the time of appointment as a registered nurse and entitled to practice with no restrictions in the province or territory of the location where the position will be staffed. Registration must be maintained throughout employment.

Occupational Certification:
Eligibility for registration as a registered nurse in a province or territory of Canada.
Experience:
Experience* in clinical settings; or long-term care settings or rehabilitation settings; or public health; or home care; or other experience relevant to the position.
*Experience is normally defined as one year of performing relevant duties within the last five years.
