💡 Tips for Completing Your Application 💡
We want to help you succeed. To move forward in the staffing process, you must clearly demonstrate how you meet each requirement.
◾ Be specific. Explain what you did, where you gained the experience, and when it occurred. Providing complete and detailed answers will help ensure your qualifications are fully considered.
◾ We recommend saving your answers in a text editing software, and copy-paste them into your job application.
◾ Save periodically to avoid losing your work should you encounter a connection problem. Also, if you close your browser without saving first, the system will not save your work and you will lose your information.
✏️ Candidates must clearly demonstrate in their responses that they meet the essential education and experience qualifications. It is NOT sufficient to only state that the qualifications are met or to provide a listing of current or past responsibilities. Rather you must clearly demonstrate HOW and WHERE the qualification was met through substantiation by examples. Information on your described skills, experience, etc. provided in the screening questions should be supported by your resume.
✏️ Failure to provide sufficient information will result in the candidate being screened out and rejected from the process.
✏️ You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Some essential and other qualifications will be assessed through your application. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate examples that illustrate how you meet each qualification. Failing to do so could result in your application being rejected.
📋Screening Stage: A random, top-down, or other volume management method may be applied at any stage to determine which candidates move forward in the assessment process.
📋We may assess the essential and asset qualifications using interviews, written tests (take home assignments or other), references or a combination of these or other assessment methods.
📌In addition to the assessment of qualifications based on information contained in your application, we anticipate assessments to occur between November 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
