Intent of the process
A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established through this process and may be used to staff identical or similar positions with various tenures, work locations or linguistic requirements within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). The work could be done from PSPC offices located in Ottawa (ON), Gatineau (QC), Toronto (ON), Quรฉbec (QC), Halifax (NS) and Vancouver (BC).

- A variety of assessment tools may be used in the assessment of candidates. All information collected throughout the selection process from the submission of the application until the end of the process could be used to assess the candidates.
- Any assessment method that is considered appropriate to determine whether a person meets the essential qualifications may be used in no specific order, such as but not limited to, take-home test, interviews, and reference checks.
- The written communication may be assessed with the screening questions.
- During the application or assessment process, both cheating and plagiarism are considered forms of misconduct and are not permitted. Any person found cheating, including those who help others to cheat, may be subject to removal from the selection process.

- Our intention is to communicate with candidates via email. EXP1 โ€“ Experience providing advice or recommendations on complex* operational, security, integrity, compliance, or risk-related matters.
EXP2 โ€“ Experience analyzing information from a variety of sources.
EXP3 โ€“ Experience in assessing information to support decision-making such as the accuracy, the reliability or the relevance.
EXP4 - Experience preparing either written reports, briefing notes, case summaries, or other analytical documents that present findings, rationale and recommendations.
EXP5 - Experience identifying issues, assessing impacts, and developing recommendations to address complex* or sensitive situations.

Preference
