๐ INSTRUCTIONS - When responding to the screening questions, be sure you:
โถ Clearly demonstrate how you meet each criteria (education and experience) by answering the online questions and provide concrete, specific examples of actions that speak directly to the experience sought.
โท Include when the example took place (month-year to month-year), background of each situation, what you did, how you did it, what your role was in the situation, and what was the outcome.
โธ Focus on what you did. When referring to an experience achieved in the context of a team, set your role apart from the role(s) of others.
โ Rรฉsumรฉs may be used as a secondary source to validate the qualifications described; comments such as "refer to my attached rรฉsumรฉ" will not be accepted and may result in your application being rejected. Information provided on your described experience should be supported by your rรฉsumรฉ.
โ Lack of DETAILS may result in your application being rejected as the Assessment Board may have insufficient information to determine whether you meet the qualifications.

- A variety of assessment tools may be used in the assessment of candidates. All information collected throughout the selection process from the submission of the application until the end of the process could be used to assess the candidates.
- Any assessment method that is considered appropriate to determine whether a person meets the essential qualifications may be used in no specific order, such as but not limited to, take-home test, interviews, and reference checks.
- The written communication may be assessed with the screening questions.
- During the application or assessment process, both cheating and plagiarism are considered forms of misconduct and are not permitted. Any person found cheating, including those who help others to cheat, may be subject to removal from the selection process.

- Our intention is to communicate with candidates via email. Applicants who apply to this selection process must include in their application a valid email address and make sure this address is functional at all times and accepts messages from unknown users. The lack of response to communications may be interpreted as a withdrawal from this process.
- Depending on the number of applicants and department needs, volume management strategies may be used for the purpose of managing candidate applications.
- Persons are entitled to participate in the appointment process in the official language(s) of their choice. Applicants are asked to indicate their preferred official language(s) in their application.
