DutiesThe Deputy Chief, Corporate Policy provides senior strategic leadership for the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s policy framework. The role is responsible for ensuring that policies are aligned with the organization’s mandate, strategic priorities, legislative requirements, and governance structures. Acting as a principal advisor to senior executives, the Deputy Chief leads enterprise-wide policy planning, provides authoritative policy advice, and ensures consistent, defensible, and effective policy application across the organization.

• Lead and align the corporate policy framework with strategic priorities.
• Oversee policy development, governance, and compliance.
• Lead the identification of emerging policy issues, risks, and opportunities and recommend strategic responses in the short, medium, and long term.
• Advise senior leadership and support decision-making.
