About the position
DutiesThe different tasks you would have to perform (not limited to):
• Provide administrative support to the AS-03 and AS-05 in tasks relating to property and facility
management
• Prepare, transfer and classify documents/information received. Maintain a tracker on the
various projects
• Perform financial tasks (such as creation of purchase orders, payment of invoices, etc.)
• Collaborate with external and internal partners

Intent of the process
📢A pool of partially assessed candidates will be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions, within the Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada, with various security requirements, language requirements and/or tenures in Ottawa and Gatineau.

Conditions of employment
Reliability Status security clearance - Some positions in the Property and Facility Management Service Line (PFMSL) within Real Property Services (RPS) are part of a pool of several positions. As a condition of employment for each of these positions, you must be willing to be reassigned, upon written notice (normally 5 working days), to the same position to perform similar duties at any work site in the Property and Facility Management Service Line (PFMSL) within Real Property Services (RPS), in the National Capital Region.

You need (essential for the job)
Your application must clearly explain how you meet the following
🎓EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

💼EXPERIENCES
Experience in providing support or client service in at least one (1) of the three (3) following areas:
• Real property;
• Facility management;
• Project management.
Experience in performing data compilation and preparing reports.
Experience in providing administrative support services.

Preference
Preference will be given to veterans first, followed by Canadian citizens and permanent residents, with the exception of jobs located in Nunavut or Yukon. For positions located in Yukon, qualified Yukon First Nations will be appointed first, followed by qualified Indigenous persons.
