This is an inventory. The purpose of this continuous recruitment inventory is to create and maintain a pool of applications for future staffing needs within Transport Canada’s National Operations Directorate. As positions become available, candidates may be selected from the inventory, and those who meet the required qualifications may be contacted for further assessment.
When a selection process is conducted, a pool of qualified and/or partially qualified candidates may be established within Transport Canada and may be used to staff similar positions with varying employment durations, language requirements, and security clearance levels.
