Intent of the process
This inventory is for casual employment in "D" Division Head Quarters (Winnipeg) and various locations in "D" Division (Manitoba).
NOTE: Casual employment is temporary employment of 90 working days or less in a calendar year, to meet needs for temporary vacancies arising from vacation, sick leave, training, special projects, etc. Casual appointees will not be eligible to apply to internal appointment processes. You need (essential for the job)

Your application must clearly explain how you meet the following
EXPERIENCE:
AE1. Experience in providing administrative support services in an office environment.
AE2. Experience using word processing software such as Microsoft Word.
AE3. Experience using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
AE4. Experience providing financial support services.
AE5. Experience in providing records management services such as indexing, cross
referencing, filing, retrieving, retention, archiving or destroying data.
AE6. Experience in providing administrative services in procurement.
AE7. Experience in using police computer applications such as: PROS; CPIC; etc.
AE8. Experience in transcribing from audio recordings and proofreading transcribed
documents.
AE9. Experience using databases for data entry or data extraction.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness to relocate within 40 km of position location
Some positions may require:
Ability and willingness to work shift work (24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year)
Ability and Willingness to travel across Canada
Ability and Willingness to work overtime
Ability and Willingness to testify in a court of law
Meet and maintain the medical profile standards established for the position
