EX1: Experience providing leadership, oversight, support and training to a diverse military and civilian workforce in a unionized environment.
EX2: Significant* experience providing advice, recommendations, direction and support to senior officials, external partners and the public.
EX3: Significant* experience leading, developing, managing, enforcing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, standards, programs and management tools related to areas of work.
EX4: Significant* experience in preparing and delivering verbal and written briefings, reports, presentations or decision documents to senior leadership.***Significant is defined as a minimum of 5 years performing the duties
