Duties
Provides clerical and administrative/operational support services and related information/guidance, in support of a specific department (Visitor Experience, Resource Conservation, Assets)
This position is located in Waterton Lakes National Park; AB. Remote work is not available, an onsite in person presence is required.

Intent of the process
The results of this process will be used to fill Three (3) part time (30 hours per week) administrative support positions for a period of 1 year.
This process may also be used to fill future vacancies that may arise at the CR-04 group & level, in various locations, with full or part-time hours for various tenures, such as: Seasonal Indeterminate, Term, Acting Assignment or Assignment at level, depending on status of the selected candidate.

EDUCATION
Completion of secondary school, or an acceptable combination of education training and experience.

EXPERIENCE
EX1: Recent experience using computers, including Microsoft Office (email, spreadsheets and word processing) and Internet navigation
EX2: Experience in the provision of administrative support.
EX3: Experience in working within a team environment.

K1: Knowledge of general digital office administrative procedures and practices.
ABILITIES
