➜Receives and coordinates / processes applications for a variety of Civil Aviation Documents (CADs) and ensures that information submitted is complete, soliciting additional information as required.
➜Receives candidates, determines eligibility, collects fees if applicable, and invigilates written exams in the office and in the field; marks the exams and prepares associated correspondence, in accordance with regulations; and updates and maintains supporting materials for exams.
➜Provides help desk support, information and guidance to clients utilizing TC's online services.
➜Provides support to the Service Team and to other Civil Aviation activities / areas.
➜Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries from internal and external clients, and/or redirects inquiries to the appropriate source.

📍WORK LOCATION
⚠️The selected candidate will perform their duties at the following work location:

Chicoutimi, QC G7H 6X2
*As of September 9, 2024, employees are required to work from the office at least three (3) days a week and may have the option to telework the rest of the week, subject to operational requirements.
Intent of the process
The immediate intent of this process is to staff one (1) Service Team support position located in Chicoutimi, Quebec, on a temporary basis, with on-site duties required. This need could eventually become indeterminate.
A pool of qualified candidates may also be created to support future hiring needs. The area of selection is national; however, appointments resulting from this process will be for CR-04 positions located in Chicoutimi.

Please note that the ability to communicate effectively may also be assessed at all stages of the process.
Those whose applications are retained will receive an email inviting them to complete an unsupervised judgment test. This email will include the test details (for example: 90 minutes online, with instructions and the access link to the evaluation platform). Candidates will also undergo a Second Language Evaluation (SLE) on the same platform, if they achieve the passing grade on Unsupervised Test of Judgement 376 (TOJ 376).

*Recent and significant experience: one year experience acquired over the past five years.
