Job duties overview:
β’ Determine, evaluate, implement, and monitor visitor service requirements, objectives, performance standards, and work plans through the analysis of visitor surveys and information;
β’ Develop visitor service operational objectives, goals, performance standards, and workplans.
β’ Manage visitor services budgets and expenditures, perform cost benefit analysis, and develop, support, monitor, and report on revenue generation.
β’ Plan and manage the cleaning and routine maintenance of grounds and facilities.

- A graduate degree from a from post-secondary studies or an acceptable combination of education, training, experience or traditional knowledge relevant to the position.

EX1: Experience in planning and/or interacting with the public in a reception/orientation capacity;
EX2: Experience in providing leadership, either when supervising employees or through other means (ie; mentoring, coaching);
EX3: Experience operating automated cash and related computerized applications used to provide cashier services, prepare sales reports, compile statistics and/or register reservations;
