Duties

The holder of this position will provide various administrative services to the different teams working for the Mauricie National Park.

STUDIES
- High school diploma or an acceptable combination of studies, training and experience relevant for the position.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES
- Experience in performing general administrative* tasks.

*Administrative tasks are defined as follows, without being limited to: preparing various types of documents, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information, managing generic email boxes, entering and tracking information in a database, maintaining a filing and inventory system, creating letters, sending and receiving correspondence, overseeing the management and dissemination of information, handling meeting logistics, tracking budget expenses, etc.

- Experience in maintaining a database and preparing reports.

- Ability to use various software and applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, collaborative communication, and calendar management.

- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret information to make recommendations based on data.

- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written form.

- Demonstrates sound judgment

- Effective interpersonal relationships.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ASSETS)

EDUCATION
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finances, administration, human resources, etc.).

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCES
- Experience in providing support for budget monitoring and financial planning.

- Experience in account or accounts payable verification.

- Experience using a financial system.

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance

Hold and maintain a Class 5 driver’s license.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- A physical presence of at least 3 days a week at the office is required.
