This position provides a full range of executive services and support to the New Brunswick Field Unit Superintendent (FUS). In addition to supporting the FUS, the primary responsibility for this role is to effectively manage the Moncton office. Given the nature of this work, we are seeking an individual who can accurately and professionally manage constantly changing priorities and address sensitive situations quickly. Abilities being sought for this position include sound judgment, discretion, strong communication skills, computer competency and problem-solving skills. Other duties associated with this position include communicating with field unit managers and team members, National Office colleagues, stakeholders and the public; scheduling meetings; making travel arrangements; as well as the preparation and handling of sensitive documents, files and dockets.

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of secondary school according to provincial standards or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience providing administrative support services, such as preparing correspondence; preparing, proofreading and formatting various documents; maintaining, tracking and managing files, records and correspondence; ensuring content quality, completeness and accuracy of documents;
• Experience solving problems independently and anticipate needs;
• Experience planning and organizing work, establishing priorities and work effectively under pressure and conflicting demands.
