Assist Senior Technicians in the installation of police equipment following RCMP policies and guidelines. Support tasks include refurbishing, cleaning, and repairing equipment from decommissioned vehicles, as well as participating in the decommissioning process. Responsibilities also involve traveling to off-site locations for the pickup and delivery of equipment, supplies, and vehicles. Additionally, perform routine service, repairs, and preventative maintenance on police vehicles and equipment under the supervision of Senior Technicians, contributing to the overall daily operations of the Post Garage.

This process will be used to staff two (2) indeterminate full-time positions in Edmonton.
A qualified pool of candidates may be established and used to staff similar positions with various tenures within the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (i.e. indeterminate, term, deployment, acting, assignment and secondment).
