This position provides a full range of executive services and support to the Field Unit Superintendent. The primary responsibility for this role is to effectively manage the office. Given the nature of this work, we are seeking an individual who can accurately and professionally manage the constantly changing priorities and sensitive situations. Abilities being sought for this position include attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, computer competency, and effective interpersonal skills. Other duties associated with this position include communicating with field unit managers and team members, National Office colleagues, stakeholders and the public; scheduling meetings; making travel arrangements; as well as the preparation and handling of sensitive documents, files and dockets.
