EDUCATION:
Successful completion of a two-year post-secondary program with specialization in business administration, accounting or finance.
EXPERIENCE:
• EX1 – Significant* experience in budget management including preparing forecasts, completing reconciliations and monitoring and reporting results.
• EX2 - Significant* experience providing financial support services, which includes tracking expenditures, verifying financial transactions and entering financial data.
• EX3 - Experience in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
• EX4 - Experience in processing accounts payables, receivables, and completing financial reconciliations.
• EX5 - Experience using and entering data into an integrated financial system such as SAP or other corporate financial system (i.e. Sigma, SAGE, etc.).
• EX6 - Experience providing advice and recommendations on financial activities to various audiences, such as clients and management.
*Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience associated with completing the duties for a period of at least two (2) years.
