The key activities of this position include:
▪️ 𝟔𝟎% Install, maintain, inspect, repair, and overhaul mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems in a Class 1 Central Heating Plant with high-pressure steam boilers and ancillary equipment.
▪️ 𝟐𝟓% Perform preventive maintenance on central heating and outlying plants, using specialized tools to identify potential issues and report them to the Chief Operating Engineer or Shift Engineer.
▪️ 𝟏𝟎% Maintain records of suppliers, tools, manuals, and purchase orders. Source necessary parts and components to ensure smooth plant operations.
▪️ 𝟓% Respond to emergency repairs to restore heating and cooling services quickly.
