Since the introduction of this work model, the Direction on the prescribed presence in the workplace has been revised. Effective September 9, 2024, this position requires the incumbent to work in the office at least 3 days per week as stipulated in the incumbent's telework agreement. The Direction further indicates that some employees may be granted an exception to work remotely full-time based on specific criteria. Such exception must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and approved by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The reason for the exception would be detailed in the incumbent telework agreement. Please note that a telework agreement may be cancelled or amended at any time by either party (the supervisor or the employee) if operational needs or governmental policies change.
