🏨Program Management group within the Real Property and Assets Directorate is launching a staffing process to potentially fill multiple EC-07 National Manager positions on a temporary and/or indeterminate basis. This group plays a critical role in integrating and overseeing real property and assets program activities at a portfolio and national level, including resource management (financial and human capital), strategy and policy, while ensuring alignment with government priorities such as sound stewardship, socio-economic and environmental objectives, and best value for Canadians.
As a National Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, expert advice, and oversight for key national real property and asset program activities. Responsibilities could include governance, integrated resource management, internal controls, strategic demand planning, policy development, and risk and performance monitoring. You will work in a highly collaborative environment where teamwork is essential, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Through your leadership, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing capacity, enhancing competencies, and strategically leveraging funding to navigate a dynamic and evolving economic and market landscape.
