The ATESS Welding Shop has proudly supported the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) since its inception and continues to play a vital role today. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with various sections to meet the diverse needs of the Canadian Air Force, contributing to essential support and manufacturing operations.

OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION:
OC1. Possession of a valid applicable Provincial / Territorial Trade Certificate or Interprovincial Red Seal Certificate of Welding OR acceptable (at time of application) equivalent Canadian Armed Forces qualification for Welding.
Candidates who do not currently possess a valid provincial/territorial Trade Certificate of Welding or the inter-provincial Red Seal may be required to obtain one as a condition of employment.
EXPERIENCE:
EX1. Experience in one or more of the following welding processes?
↪ Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW);
↪ Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW);
↪ Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).

↪Employees are required to comply with applicable safety regulations and procedures including wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment.

↪Must be willing to obtain and maintain a DND Driver's Licence (DND 404).
