HERE’S HOW THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS WILL GO
STEP ONE: APPLY!
Tell us about yourself - this is your chance to let us know why you are the ideal candidate!
We have included questions in the online application - please put some thought into answering these questions. The screening board cannot make any assumptions. We need you to provide very specific, detailed examples.
IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO:
- simply state that the requirement is met,
- write "see resume" or "see above"
- provide a listing of tasks.
Your responses to these questions will be reviewed to determine if you meet the screening criteria. **Failure to answer the questions properly will result in your application being rejected.**
STEP TWO: WRITTEN ASSESSMENT
You may be invited to complete a written exam.
*Please note that only those applicants who meet the criteria will be invited to the next stage of evaluation.
STEP THREE: INTERVIEW
Based on the results of your written assessment, you may be invited to an oral interview.
STEP FOUR: REFERENCES
References will only be contacted upon a successful interview.
