Education:
At minimum, secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Experiences:
Experience in providing recommendations and advice to clients and/or management in at least one (1) of the four (4) following areas:
- Real Property
- Facilities Management
- Project Management
- Architectural
Experience in drafting and/or editing communication notes/emails or reports. (e.g., statements of requirements, briefing notes, project request forms)
Asset Qualifications:
Experience working within multi-disciplinary project teams.
Experience in the development of office design layouts/proposals.
Experience in the delivery of real property projects.
Experience in property management for operations, maintenance and building services.
Experience with design or drawing software.
Experience working in a judicial or quasi-judicial* environment.
Definition:
*Judicial or quasi-judicial environment means a Board, Commission, Tribunal or Court (Federal, Provincial or Municipal).
