• Provides leasing administration services related to the processing of low-dollar, low-risk leases specifically regarding member housing and some gross leases.
• Reviews approval documents submitted by clients regarding employee housing or other low-risk leasing requests. Reviews rent payments, updates leasing documentation and files associated with negotiations, and tracks and reports on expiration/options, and deadlines.
• Gathers and analyzes information related to relevant market values in the Region while ensuring an open and fair tendering process of leasing requirements.
• Identifies client requirements, conducts leasing investment analyses, assists in the negotiation of new/renewal/termination of leases, and executes lease documents.
In support of RCMP Operations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, including Depot (the national cadet training facility), the RCMP’s Corporate Management Branch (CMB) is accountable for the corporate functions of: Procurement and Contracting, Materiel Management, Real Property, Fleet Management, Finance, Business Systems, and Organizational Business Integration. To successfully perform these functions, CMB employees are required to actively engage with a diverse range of external and internal clients to understand and be responsive to their needs and take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
