DUTIES
Information and data management is a discipline that directs and supports effective and efficient management of information and data in an organization, from planning and systems development to disposal and/or long-term preservation. In the Government of Canada, information and data are safeguarded as a public trust and managed as a strategic asset to maximize its value in the service of Canadians.
This is an anticipatory process.
A pool of partially qualified or fully qualified candidates will be established to staff positions with various tenures (term, indeterminate, acting, assignment or secondment), various linguistic profiles and/or security clearances (reliability or secret) within the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

ASSET EXPERIENCE
AE1 Experience in conducting research, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining information and/or data;
AE2 Experience in producing reports for analysis and data visualization using data management programs such as Excel, Power BI, etc;
AE3 Experience in managing information in Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Teams, and Channels);
AE4 Experience in preparing, developing, and delivering information or training sessions;
AE5 Experience developing and implementing information management requirements (such as retention schedules, folder structures, information architectures, permission models, metadata);
AE6 Experience in the supervision of staff, including monitoring performance, assigning work, coaching and training;
