The Supervisor, Quartermaster and Inventory Management is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Inventory Officers in their day-to-day activities and performance, ensuring the efficient management and distribution of supplies and equipment to maintain accurate inventory records. This role involves providing leadership, support and guidance. Additionally, they are responsible for training employees, fostering a collaborative work environment, and liaising with other sectors/branches to meet organizational goals. This role is crucial in maintaining and supporting operational readiness.
The Parliamentary Protective Service (PPS) is a separate and distinct organization and is not subject to the Public Service Employment Act. PPS has its own classification, compensation system and staffing regime. Persons appointed to PPS continue to be part of the federal government and will receive the public service pension plan and public service insurance benefits plan.

E1 - Significant** experience in providing functional guidance and reviewing the work of others in a client service and/or warehousing environment.
E2 - Recent* and significant** experience in a client service-related field.
E3 - Experience in providing advice and recommendations to management on client issues.
E4 - Experience in scheduling, monitoring, and organizing workflow.
DEFINITIONS:
*Recent means within the last five (5) years.
**Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of complex activities related to this task, which are acquired on a full-time basis over a given period of time.
