- Manage projects of low to medium complexity, such as the planning of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) head office workspaces, the replacement of certain building-specific equipment as part of asset maintenance planning, and any other facility improvement project at the John H. Chapman Space Center;
- Act as technical advisor to the Manager in matters of construction and infrastructure implementation;
Coordinate the professionals assigned to the projects under his/her responsibility;
Coordinate administrative preparation of project documents, tendering processes and contract follow-up;
- Read, revise and order plans and specifications submitted by professionals, acting as client representative (ASC);
- Follow up work and work in collaboration with the various site supervisors;
- Coordinate communications and liaise with all stakeholders, resolve difficulties, negotiate agreements, manage project schedules and budgets;
- Provide advice and recommendations to the manager, prepare technical and administrative reports necessary for the delivery of projects to the Real Estate Operations group;
- Prepare and present project content as required.

EDUCATION:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
EX1 : Extensive experience* in planning and implementing real property construction projects
EX2 : Extensive experience* in procurement and real property contract management;
EX3 : Experience in technical and administrative project follow-up and in monitoring work compliance;
EX4 : Experience in providing advice and recommendations on plant operation and maintenance;
* Extensive experience: will be evaluated on the basis of the nature, scope, complexity and relevance of the experience.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Post secondary diploma in a field related to property management.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in managing space design projects.
