You would be joining a team of passionate people who care about the protection and presentation of Canada’s outstanding natural and cultural resources through a system of national parks, national marine conservation areas and national historic sites in all regions of Canada.
The immediate intent of this process is to staff one (1) indeterminate position. The successful candidate will be required to adhere to a hybrid work model and report to our office in Gatineau two (2) days a week.
This process may be used to create a pool of qualified candidates to fill similar positions with various tenures, security levels or linguistic requirements, in the same location or other parts of the country.
Employees at the same group and level or equivalent and with the same employment tenure may be considered for deployment. If no deployment is made, applicants from other groups and levels will be considered in the advertised appointment process.

EDUCATION:
• Degree from a recognized university with an acceptable specialization in social or health sciences (or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience).

EXPERIENCE:
• EX1: Recent and significant* experience in monitoring and coordinating cases of work-related injury/illness, return to work or duty to accommodate.
• EX2: Recent and significant* experience in providing advice related to work-related injury/illness and return to work.
• EX3: Experience in facilitating discussions with stakeholders or clients.
*Recent and significant means an experience that is equivalent in breadth and depth to full time performance of duties over a period of approximately one (1) year or more within the last five (5) years.
