⭐Tips and Tricks for Assessment:
✓ Assume the assessment board does not know the position or the duties associated to the position you are referencing.
✓ In describing your accomplishments provide concrete examples, rather than making general statements (e.g. “I work well in a team”). Your role must be clearly understood during the course of events.
✓ You may consider using the S.T.A.R technique to assist in structuring your answer: describe the Situation, the Tasks you were required to achieve, the Actions you took and the Results of your actions. Additionally, you may choose to include the 5Ws & 1H: who, where, when, what, and most importantly, why and how you accomplished the task, in your response.
✓ Use "I" statements and not "we" or “the team” statements. You should focus on your individual role in the situation.
✓ Always provide a complete expression before using ACRONYMS. Do not assume the assessors are familiar with your field jargon.
✓ If the question uses “and” you must demonstrate that you have all the skills or experiences required.
✓ If the question uses “or” you need to demonstrate that you have at least one of the skills.

OTHER INFORMATION:
📌 For all asset qualification questions, candidates are asked only to identify where and when they acquired the experience. Detailed examples are not required at the application stage. Candidates may be asked to substantiate and demonstrate the experience later in the selection process.
⚠️ Important Financial Information for Northern Locations:
↪ Successful candidates may be eligible for the reimbursement of relocation costs.
↪ Isolated Post Allowances (Northern Allowance) range from $14,000 to $47,000, which is based on if the employee has dependents and work location.
