Duties
Plans, organizes and supervises semi-skilled, general maintenance and repair, labour and installation projects for the Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve.

The Parks Canada team working at the Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve consists of about 20 employees year-round, while close to 80 people come together in the summer. The fieldwork, exclusively on the islands, requires travel with the assistance of Parks Canada boat operators. Departures are from the marina in Havre-Saint-Pierre or Mingan. 🚒
Intent of the process
This process may be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates to staff similar positions with various employment tenures within the Mingan Field Unit.

- Experience in providing technical advice related to asset management and maintenance, including property inspections, needs assessments, and reporting on asset condition.
- Experience in supervising teams.
