๐ขIn the context of the RCMPโs mandate, most positions are identified as onsite. Where feasible, as determined by operational requirements, flexible work arrangements (variable work week, flexible start and end times) or hybrid telework model (combination of onsite and offsite work) with a maximum of two days at home may be considered. The options may be discussed with the manager after an initial training period which requires a full time in office presence.
