Duties
Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise visitor reception in order to offer visitors of the Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve the opportunity to discover, appreciate, learn about, and enjoy the site and its natural and/or cultural resources, and to understand their importance to Canada.

The Parks Canada team working at the National Park Reserve of the Archipelago Mingan includes 20 employees nearly 80 people in the summer. The fieldwork, exclusively on islands, requires travel which is provided by Parks Canada boat operators. Departures are from the marina of Havre-Saint-Pierre or Mingan. 🚢

🚗 Be able to travel independently to various work locations (Havre Saint Pierre and Longue Pointe de Mingan sectors).

The position requires the incumbent to:
⮩ Supervise a team of up to 10 employees in various locations.
⮩ Work shifts and/or weekends and federal and provincial statutory holidays.
⮩ Wear the Parks Canada uniform in accordance with the Agency’s Dress Code Policy.
