🏢 In line with Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) direction, the Department of National Defence has adopted a common hybrid work model where employees work at their designated worksite at least 3 days each week, or 60% of their regular schedule. Some positions may require full-time on-site presence.

EDUCATION
ED1. Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in education, linguistics, sociology, psychology, mathematics, physics, home economics or some other specialty relevant to the positions in the classification.
📌 Note: Candidates must always have a university degree. The courses for the specialization do not necessarily have to be part of a degree program in the required specialization. The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
