About the position
Duties
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong expertise in designing, developing, maintaining, and modifying scalable data pipelines. This includes building, managing, and supporting both data warehouses and data lakes to provide centralized, reliable access to enterprise data. Key responsibilities include maintaining, updating, and optimizing the data model to adapt to evolving business requirements, as well as ensuring efficient and accurate integration, validation, cleaning, and transformation of data collected from multiple sources to uphold high standards of data quality. The ideal candidate will also provide ongoing technical support for all aspects of the data model, troubleshoot issues, and recommend or implement enhancements to reinforce system reliability and performance.

Intent of the process
The intention of this process is to immediately fill one term position in the Sudbury (Ontario) FedNor office with a linguistic profile of English Essential.
The successful candidate will be required to relocate to the above region as part of the job requirements if they are not already located in the area.

• Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.

Experience
• Recent* experience in Database design
• Recent* experience with data modeling
• Recent* experience in development of software
* Recent experience is defined as having been acquired in the last 5 years.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies

Experience
• Experience in designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) systems
