Education:
Graduation from post-secondary diploma in human resources, business administration or some other field relevant to the position, OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
Recent experience providing administrative support in an office environment with such activities as maintaining electronic & paper files, scheduling, preparing and revising routine reports, correspondence and responding to requests for information.
Experience using information management systems and software programs such as Excel, Word, and electronic databases.
Experience in the provision of human resources support services.
* Recent experience is defined as acquired within approximately the past two (2) years.

Experience working with PeopleSoft.
Operational Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel;
Willingness and ability to work overtime;
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule to meet operational requirements.
