EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE
▶ EX1: Experience supervising and managing multi-trade teams and projects in the construction, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure.
▶ EX2: Experience in the operation and maintenance of building envelopes, systems, and supporting infrastructure
▶ EX3: Experience in developing, and managing construction projects, designs, estimates, and operations budgets.

▶ Must be willing and able to work overtime and be on standby or call back.
▶ Able to obtain a valid unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license issued by the province of Alberta.
▶ Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a valid DND 404 driver’s license.
▶ Must be willing and able to wear personal protective equipment used in a construction or maintenance environment.
▶ Must be willing and able to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, scaffolding and work from heights. Work may include but not limited to standing, climbing, walking, lifting, bending, pulling or pushing, grasping, reaching, stooping, and crouching, sitting, color determination, speaking and listening, and working in hot and cold environments for extended periods of time.
▶ Must be willing and able to travel and to undertake training as required.
