The Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada will follow the guidelines of the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer regarding the hybrid work model applied across the federal public service. We are currently operating on a hybrid work schedule, and the selected candidate will be required to be on-site a minimum of three days per week.

Duties

Work within the SAG (Architecture and Engineering Services) multidisciplinary team that includes professionals in engineering, architecture, design and estimation.

The main tasks are:

• Develop solutions and concepts
• Provide technical advice
• Drawing (CADD)
• Supervise construction work

Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) Real Property Services (RPS) in the Quebec Region is responsible for providing office accommodation to the various federal departments and agencies and for providing management services associated with these offices. On the other hand, RPS is also responsible for providing a full range of real property advisory services and specialized advice to support the delivery of the programs of the various federal departments and agencies.
To do this, RPS manages a portfolio of government-owned buildings as well as leased space.

RPS provides services and advice to other federal departments in many areas of real property expertise, including the acquisition and disposal of assets, the fit-up and optimization of office space, real property management, leasing services and the management of external contracts for the provision of various real property services.

Intent of the process

The immediate intention is to fill vacant termed positions.

A pool of fully or partially qualified candidates will be created to fill similar or identical positions within the Quebec Region Organizational structure at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), whose security profiles, duration and conditions of employment may vary.
