Intent of the process

A pool of partially or essentially qualified candidates may be established through this process and used to staff identical or similar positions with various employment tenures (temporary and permanent), various language profiles, operational requirements, and conditions of employment at the Department of National Defence, in Vancouver, Aldergrove, Comox, Esquimalt, and Victoria, BC only.

Please note that all positions are on-site, and you will be expected to work in person for the entire duration of your scheduled hours.

AEX5: Experience supervising.
AEX6: Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
AEX7: Experience working or volunteering in a mixed civilian and military environment.

▶ Willingness and ability to work overtime as pre-authorized.
▶ Willingness to travel for training purposes (occasionally for extended periods of time)
▶ Willingness and ability to wear CSA approved safety footwear and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
▶ Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment with minimal supervision.
▶ Willingness and ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders and on elevated devices.
