HOW TO APPLY:
You will be required to answer screening questions to demonstrate how you meet the Essential Qualifications (Education and all Essential Experiences).
When answering the screening questions, it is not sufficient to say that you have the required qualifications or to list your current or past responsibilities. Rather, you must provide concrete examples of tasks you have accomplished with significant details to explain the WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and HOW you acquired each qualification.

The successful candidates will be part of the first-ever RCMP in-house language-training program with the goal of helping RCMP employees achieve their desired language proficiency levels.
Your key activities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Planning and implementing the design, development and delivery of French language training programs that include speaking, comprehension, reading and grammar activities in a one on one situation or via group sessions
• Developing and revising French language teaching materials and methodologies to be used by students
• Assessing, monitoring student progress, providing advice and guidance to facilitate learning

Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in education, linguistics, sociology, psychology, mathematics, physics, home economics or some other specialty relevant to the positions in the classification
Note: Candidates must always have a university degree. The courses for the specialization do not necessarily have to be part of a degree program in the required specialization. The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
