Duties

Could include:

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Prepare, edit and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Assist with general office duties, such as maintaining electronic filing systems and ordering supplies
Collaborate with colleagues to support special projects and initiatives
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Manage and organize office operations and procedures.

Intent of the process

To create and maintain a pool of candidates for future opportunities within Natural Resources Canada. This process may be used to staff various Administrative positions at the AS-01 and AS-02 or equivalent group and levels.

Depending on the position to be filled, the linguistic profile (BBB/BBB or CBC/CBC), security requirements, and/or tenures, may vary.
